Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you desire is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. You will be informed whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and post it to your account.
